Q - What computer requirements are needed?
A - Internet users need to have Internet Explorer version 7 or 8 for Internet Banking to function.
Internet users also need to have latest Windows updates. To check this out right click on the my computer icon, choose properties and make sure it says service pack 3. If not then go to Tools/Windows update to complete.
Q - How do I get started?
A - Call the bank at (563) 927-3814 and ask for your four-digit pin number. Complete the first time login screen at www.fsbia.com. Your account number will be the user id. The four-digit pin is your initial password on the first time login only…you will then choose your own password at least 6 characters long.
Q - What if I forget my Password?
A - Call First State Bank at (563) 927-3814 to have your password reset.
Q - How do I transfer money between accounts?
A - For an immediate transfer click on the express transfer tab. To schedule a transfer for a future date choose the transfers tab and select scheduled transfers.
Q – What is the enrollment screen with all the questions and image?
