ATM Card 

ATM cards are tied to First State Bank savings accounts.  With an ATM card you can access your FSB account via ATM machines 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A personal identification number (PIN #) allows you to obtain your current balance, make cash withdrawals, deposit funds, or complete transfers.

Debit Card - Checkmate 

Checkmate is our debit MasterCard that is tied to your FSB checking account. You can use it  instead of a check at any merchant who accepts debit MasterCard. It also doubles as an ATM card for making deposits, cash withdrawals, or transfers between your checking and savings accounts.

We know that getting your money through ATMs is important. We also know that it shouldn't cost an arm and leg to use the ATM you choose. That's why we're pleased to be a part of the Privileged Status program. Our membership in Privileged Status is an extra benefit of having your ATM or debit card with us. SHAZAM, our ATM/Debit Card vendor, is pleased to announce they have partnered with Publix®'s Presto! Network to expand our surcharge-free access to more than 900 ATMs throughout Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Presto! ATMs and point-of-sale (POS) devices are located in each of the Publix Super Markets throughout the states listed above, letting your cardholders make purchases, cash withdrawals, balance inquiries, and transfer money between accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

 

Participation in Presto! is not required; however, if you choose to participate, a standard fee of $0.04 per gateway ATM transaction and $0.05 per POS transaction will apply. SHAZAM will also be adding a $25.00 monthly fee for regional gateway access in the future, and we will notify your institution 90 days in advance regarding the effective date of this fee.
